If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please return your order in its original condition with packaging within SEVEN DAYS of receipt. With a note, email or telephone call explaining why you are not happy with your order.I will exchange or refund your order. Please be aware that you will be expected to pay for the return postage via SPECIAL DELIVERY (Royal Mail). Laluna Jewellery is NOT responsible for items that do not return or items that are damaged in return delivery.

Payment Options
There are two payment options:

Cheque and Postal Order
Please make your Cheque payable to: ZANA CONNOLLY. All Cheques / Postal Orders must be in British pound sterling. Please post your Cheque / Postal order to me at the above address and include your NAME and ADDRESS

Debit and Credit Cards
All Debit and Credit card transactions are processed on a secure web server, using 128bit encryption security system.

Prices
All our prices are displayed in £ sterling.

Commissions
If you order a commission you will be expected to pay 25% non-refundable deposit, I will email you to confirm your order. Delivery will take ONE LUNAR MONTH (new moon to new moon), I will email you once your order has been dispatched. .Please be aware that the jewellery you have ordered will remain the property of Laluna Jewllery until full payment is received.

Postage
All Orders will be sent by Special Delivery (Royal Mail); which offers guaranteed next working day delivery by 12 noon to all postcodes in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and mainland Scotland.Also, compensation for lost or damaged items.

Delivery
Once I have received your order with payment, delivery will take up to FOURTEEN DAYS.I will email you once your order has been dispatched. If you have ordered jewellery which is temporarily out of stock, I will email you, and delivery will take up to ONE LUNAR MONTH (new moon to new moon). I will email you once your order has been dispatched.
